How It Works
Getting started is easy. You give us your employees’ information once — name, address, SIN, pay rate, and pay frequency. After that, just send us their hours each pay period and we handle the rest.
You’ll receive ready-to-use paystubs and a PD7A remittance form showing exactly what to send the CRA. Your only job is to make that payment by the 15th of the following month to avoid penalties.
At year-end, we prepare and file T4s for each employee and issue ROEs for anyone applying for EI.

What does it cost as an employer to keep someone on payroll? You’re required to match the total CPP deducted from each employee’s paycheque, plus 1.4× the EI deducted.
Can I collect EI from my own company? No. Business owners cannot receive EI from their own corporation, and EI won’t be deducted from your paycheque.
How much do you charge for payroll services? $25/month for up to 5 employees, plus $1 per additional employee. Simple and transparent.
